The Transport Scotland Directors’ Board had its monthly meeting on Friday, 22 August. The key points from the meeting are:
- Monthly Board Pack – the Board noted the content of the latest Board pack.
- Climate Change Action Plan – the Board noted the Agency’s progress in meeting its climate change targets and approved the new Climate Change Action Plan.
- Concessionary Fares – Budgets and Forecasts – the Board discussed and noted the current position and asked to be kept updated on this issue.
- Transport Scotland Stakeholder Strategy – the Board agreed to discuss this at the next Board Strategy Day.
- Corporate Plan- the Board formally approved publication of the Report.
The next Board meeting is scheduled for 10 September 2008.
