The Transport Scotland Directors’ Board had its monthly meeting on Friday, 23 May in Aberdeen. In addition to visiting several projects in the area a full Board meeting was held. The key points from that discussion were:
- Monthly Board Pack – the Board noted the content of the latest Board pack
- Corporate and Business Plan 2008/09 – the Board discussed the further amendments received for the Business and Corporate Plan and the way forward
- Stakeholder Survey – the Board discussed the survey and agreed that this should be subject to a fuller discussion at the August meeting
- Team Briefing - The Board discussed and noted the responses and feedback from the first formal team briefing sessions
The next Board meeting, including a risk workshop, is scheduled 20 June 2008 and will be held at the Interim Control Centre at Atlantic Quay.
