Finance & Corporate Services, which includes the Communications team, is responsible for:
- Corporate and business planning
- Performance monitoring for Transport Scotland as a whole
- Management of the concessionary fare schemes
- Support services such as ICT, HR and legal
- Financial management of Transport Scotland, including internal audit and secretariat support to the Chief Executive
