You will qualify for Scotland-Wide Free Bus Travel if you have been diagnosed as terminally ill.
You may be in receipt of the Higher or Middle rate of Disability Living Allowance or Attendance Allowance and will be required to provide a copy of your award notice from the Department of Work and Pensions confirming this.
Alternatively you can supply a copy of a DS1500 report, hospice admittance letter or confirmation that you are registered on a Scottish hospice register.
The letter from DWP must be dated within the last 12 months and show your name, your address and details of your award including expiry date.
