How did you become involved in archaeology?
I
always had an interest in history and decided to study archaeology upon
leaving school. I specialised in Maritime archaeology through doing a

What aspect of the job do you enjoy the most?
I enjoy the challenge and the fact I am being paid to do something I am passionate about.
What has been your most interesting find?
The
best maritime site I worked on was timber recording at the HMS Victory,
and the best non-maritime site was on Inchmarnock, an island off Bute.
What are your interests outside work?
Sport, cooking and travelling.
