Uncovering Industry: The M74 Dig
Find out about the latest discoveries in our updated exhibition at the M74 Dig Discovery Centre in Scotland Street School Museum. Come and learn about archaeology and the sites archaeologists have unearthed along the route of the M74 Completion project. Explore the stories of those who worked and lived in the industrial heartland of Glasgow, Renfrewshire and South Lanarkshire from 1800 onwards. There are also opportunities for children to dress up as archaeologists. Open from August 8, 2008 until Spring 2009.
