Uncovering the Past: the M74 Dig
An exhibition on the M74 Dig ran from January - August 2008 at the M74 Discovery Centre in Scotland Street School Museum. This exhibition had finds from the sites being excavated, historic maps and old photos. There was also information on what archaeologists do and opportunities for children to dress up as archaeologists.

Visitors to archaeological sites being excavated in Kingston and Port Eglinton had a final glimpse of the remains of mid-19th century engine works, lime kilns and cotton mills at open days on Saturday More details >>
