Results for Your Line
The Service Quality Incentive Regime includes visits to each of the 340 station and on approximately 200 trains every four weeks to audit the quality of services and facilities provided to customers.
The drop drown menus below enable you to see the result of the audits for the line of route that you travel on. Select a station and then choose from the lines of route that relate to that station. You can then choose to see station results for this line or results for the types of train that run on the line. (Alternatively, you may view a simple list of all the results.)
In each case results are given for the five service quality areas that passengers said they most wanted to hear about.
