Reflection on Scottish Transport Summit - summary of discussion groups

A written summary of discussion groups from the Summit was provided to members in advance of the meeting. Key messages include calls for a one ticket system, place-based approaches and aligning development. The paper includes a proposal for the NTS officers group to create an action plan based on the paper’s recommendations. Members noted the paper and agreed to this proposal.

Members shared positive feedback on the Summit, however some noted that future events should include greater representation from health, planning and economic sectors to ensure broader buy-in.
